Refund Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
Interim policy, pending legal review
These thresholds are a temporary, industry-practice-based default. They will be finalized after a legal review of consumer refund rights in the regions we serve (including EU withdrawal-right rules and applicable US state law) before launch.
When you qualify for a refund
A paid app is refundable if both of these are true: your cumulative recorded run time for that app is under 2 hours, and your request is made within 14 days of purchase.
How run time is measured
The app reports its own run time to our server periodically while it's running (a “heartbeat”), plus a final report when it closes. This accumulated total — not wall-clock time since purchase — is what's checked against the refund threshold.
Free apps
Free apps have no payment to reverse, so they aren't eligible for a monetary refund.
How to request a refund
Go to your purchase history, find the app, and use the “Request refund” action. We re-check your usage and purchase date at that moment — this page's numbers are informational and don't count as a guarantee.
Go to Purchase HistoryAfter a refund is approved
Your license for that app is deactivated and your payment is reversed through the original payment method. Reversal timing depends on your payment provider and can take several business days to appear.
